Unlike modern reproductions, this is a true 1920's commercial release print published by the House of Art (Reinthal & Newman, N.Y.). This lithograph was made from Parrish's oil painting of 1922. The print was first used by Life Magazine as the cover image for their March 1923 issue and subsequently issued as an art print. It comes in its gorgeous original 1920s ornate wood frame.
