Handcrafted and hand-painted in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico, dating around the mid-20th century or earlier. Traditional red terracotta clay (redware) decorated with polychrome slip paint in green, blue, and cream/yellow floral and feather patterns. It features a round body with a looped side handle, matching lid with a knob handle, and distinctive folk art design. See less
