Antique figural ships' engine order telegraph combination ashtray and cigar cutter, or Chadburn.
This nautical piece takes the form of a the engine order telegraph stand, typically found on the bridge of early cargo and passenger ships to command the ships crew to adjust speed as necessary. A fun novelty, this piece uses the E.O.T.'s lever to form the cigar cutting portion while the ashtray forms the base.
