Probably made by Knole. It has a hinge sysytem that allows arms at ends to open slightly. It is in great condition but has a few stains. Has wheels on the bottom so you can roll it around. It is about 7 feet 6 inches long and 2 feet 7 inches wide. Arms are 2 feet 5 inches from the floor. See less
