Originating from the nomadic Bakhtiari tribes of Persia, these rugs are renowned for their exceptional high-quality wool and captivating floral designs, embodying a unique blend of tribal artistry and enduring craftsmanship. This striking Bakhtiari runner features a delightful floral design showcasing a charming series of flower bouquets and medallions gracefully arranged across a deep and inviting navy blue color field. The intricate floral motifs within the field are rendered in a harmonious and vibrant palette of serene blue, verdant green, classic red, creamy ivory, and brilliant turquoise, collectively creating a visually rich and dynamic composition. The main design is beautifully framed by a luminous ivory color border, which is itself adorned with an elegant floral design. This border provides a crisp contrast to the navy field, enhancing the intricate details of the rug and completing its cohesive and traditional aesthetic. True to the legacy of Bakhtiari tribal rugs, this runner is a testament to the use of superior wool, resulting in a textile that is not only beautiful but also remarkably durable and soft underfoot.
