This beautiful Queen Anne highboy has classic, elegant lines. Made of cherry wood. The upper case has a molded cornice across the top, with two top drawers over four graduated molded-lip drawers. The base has a deep waist molding with a single, narrow long drawer over three deep drawers, the central of which features a carved fan. The case is supported by cabriole legs, ending with pad feet.
Purchased from an antiques dealer in the 1930's by my great-grandfather, this piece has been in our family's pet-free, smoke-free, air conditioned home for over 55 years.
