This striking bracelet is emblematic of the Egyptian Revival aesthetic. It dates from c.1920.
Condition Report:
Very Good - A small soldered repair or adjustment to the length of the bracelet near the clasp. This is only apparent upon close inspection and does not detract from the appeal of the piece.
The Details\.
This bracelet is constructed from gilded brass. It features three large, bezel set, carved glass scarabs coloured to suggest Lapis Lazuli, Onyx and Carnelian glass. The scarabs are carved with patterns on their reverse. The bracelet fastens with a large bolt ring and measures 19cm in length.
