The Web chair was designed in the early 2000s by the Italian designer and architect Antonio Citterio, one of the most influential contemporary architects. Citterio is considered one of the world's most important industrial designers and has significantly shaped modern Italian design.
The minimalist lounge chair offered here features a chrome-plated tubular steel frame covered with a robust yet transparent wire mesh. It combines modern Italian industrial design with an airy lightness.
Very good condition. One of the two chairs has a very minor imperfection in the mesh. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
designer records,
or other literature sources and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising
from
misattribution
