Charming vintage American Primitive-style armchair featuring a tall spindle back, turned posts and stretchers, sculpted wooden arms, and a handwoven rush seat. The chair retains its beautifully aged green-painted finish, with extensive natural crackling, paint loss, exposed wood, and timeworn patina that give it an authentic farmhouse character.
A distinctive accent piece for a rustic, primitive, cottage, or French country interior. It would work beautifully beside a fireplace, in an entryway, bedroom, reading corner, or as a decorative occasional chair.
