An incredible, pristine find for collectors of 1980s Post-Modern, Memphis design. This is a Brand New, Never Used set of salad servers designed by renowned American industrial artist David Tisdale for Elika. This iconic set perfectly captures the Memphis design era with its architectural, geometric matte-black heads (featuring a stylized split-circle spoon and a matching abstract fork) paired with sleek, flat brushed aluminum handles. David Tisdale’s pioneering work with colored anodized aluminum tabletop pieces famously debuted at the American Craft Museum in 1985 and won the industrial design world's highest accolades. Some of his works from this line are shown in museums such as the Yale University Art Gallery and The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston.
