Wonderful Rare Early English Regency Royal Crown Derby Porcelain Pot Pourri or Pastile Burner of traditional form. First quarter of the Nineteenth Century.
Of traditional bulbous outline lavishly hand decorated in gilt on a cobalt blue ground. Twin handles modelled as projecting rams heads, ending on a triangular base with scrolling gilt and white supports.
Condition: Superb condition for such an early item, light wear to gilding at high points. Mark as shown with iron red mark for circa 1815.
Diameter: (entire at widest area) 10.5" (27cm). Height: 9.75" (25cm).
