Calligaris Avantgarde extendable table in wenge veneer with powdered coated legs - 4 chairs
Bought new in 2000. Chairs original upholstered in off-white cotton, and we upholstered in red leather. We love that the table is slightly narrower than most - good for smaller spaces. It sits up to 6 when not extended and 8 when extended. The detail of how the top veneer sits on the base gives the illusion of floating, and it looks very nice. It is a very sturdy table.
The table is in good condition, but the veneer is wearing thin around the edges, where the chairs hit the top. Same with the chairs.
Table measures 63”x35.5” when closed and 86.5x35 with the leaf added. The height is 29.5”.
Chairs are 17.5” high, and the sits are 17.5” wide, and 17” deep.
