the clock is in excellent condition. It has been recently serviced and cleaned and, of course, runs perfectly.

it features an 8-day half-hour rack striking mechanism, no. 274, with a floating balance wheel.

bim bam: 3 rods on a full-sounding membrane gong.

the gong can be muted from the back (night mode).

the collaboration between the swiss artist max bill and the german watch manufacturer junghans began in the 1950s. At that time, bill initially designed a kitchen clock for the schramberg-based company, then table clocks, and later wristwatches.
