This is a finely crafted George III style mahogany sideboard, showcasing elegant satinwood crossbanding and string inlay throughout. The shaped serpentine front is fitted with a central long drawer flanked by two graduated drawers on either side, all veneered in beautifully figured mahogany and retaining their original-style oval brass pulls with decorative backplates.
The gracefully arched kneehole is highlighted by striking fan inlaid spandrels, while contrasting oval corner inlays add refined neoclassical detail. A shaped top with gently bowed front and molded edge complements the slender square tapering legs, creating a light and sophisticated silhouette. Richly figured mahogany veneers and exceptional craftsmanship make this sideboard an ideal choice for a dining room, entry hall, or library.
