Vintage French Wooden Baguette Box.
A charming vintage European pine bread box dating to circa 1950. Featuring a tall, narrow form with a hinged lift-top lid and decorative turned spindle ventilation detail, this piece was traditionally used for storing long loaves of bread or baguettes while allowing for airflow.
Its sculptural silhouette and warm pine patina make it a beautiful addition to a country kitchen, pantry, or open shelving display. Equally functional and decorative, this versatile piece can be displayed standing upright or mounted if desired.
The simple craftsmanship and naturally aged finish embody the timeless appeal of European country house antiques and vintage kitchenware.
