Each sip is a toast to the laughter, the challenges, and memories that shape who they are. This moment captures the essence of connection, where conversations flow freely, and the bond of the sisterhood grows stronger with every word spoken. Here's to the power of women supporting women and the beauty of shared experiences. In this work, I used soft colors and a gentle pose to tell a story of connection and understanding. By showing the figures held closely together, I wanted to honor the "refuge" we find in the people we love. It is a reminder that we all need a quiet space where we can feel safe and supported.
