Finely cast and pierced in the form of a naturalistic grapevine wreath. The shaped cartouche is engraved "whisky", "sherry", brandy" and "gin". Each surrounded by richly detailed vine leaves and clusters of grapes, reflecting the victorian fascination with naturalistic ornament and the revival of rococo inspired silverwork.

hallmarked english silver (925 standard), london, year 1970 (p), maker's mark if&sonltd (israel freeman & son ltd).
