The cast iron has a black patina. The base is flat with no felt. The bookend has no hallmarks.

MEASUREMENTS
4 in (10.2 cm) wide x 1 ½ in (3.8 cm) deep x 4 in (10.2 cm) tall. Weighs 14.5 oz.

CONDITION
There are no dents, cracks, breaks or losses. There is slight wear to the surface but the black patina is still mostly intact.
