- This versatile writer's desk is in 100% original, vintage condition and has aged to perfection! The plywood & formica top … moreThis versatile writer's desk is in 100% original, vintage condition and has aged to perfection! The plywood & formica top shows only minor nicks and light surface scratches (the worst of which can be seen in the detail photos provided). The adjustable height desk adjusts from a maximum height of 30" to a minimum height of 26.5" via a small lever that operates with ease. The chrome frame is in overall very good condition showing only minor scuffs, small areas of tarnishing and dulling. The original teal paint shows some discoloration as well as surface scratches (all of which can be seen in the detail photos provided.) With that said the charming paint scheme is in overall very good shape. As purists we strive to keep our pieces in as original condition as possible. However we do offer a full service restoration shop and can repaint the frame in a color of your choosing. Message us prior to checkout to discuss options and pricing.
