Details: Andreas Omann founded Omann Jun. in 1933. His father, Niels Nielsen was the owner of Ølholm Møbelfabrik, founded 1919. Being the younger “junior” generation, he took the name “Omann Jun” and opened the factory next door. Andreas’ two sons, Gunni & Bjarne took over and designed much of the furniture. This piece is in the collection ofthe DesignMuseum Danmark. It features four sliding doors with sculpted solid rosewood handles over two large drawers. The sliding doors open to reveal adjustable shelving & six drawers.
