1950s Italian Mid-Century Neoclassical Column Table Lamp – Wooden with Parcel Gilt.
An Italian mid-century table lamp crafted in the 1950s, designed in the Neoclassical columnar style. The lamp features a turned wooden shaft and base finished in a matte black lacquer. It is detailed with fine parcel gilding (partial gold leafing) accentuating the stepped square base, capital rings, and neck profile, showing a natural age-related patina. The fixture has been fitted with a new, contemporary cream-colored fabric shade featuring fine vertical pencil pleating.
