The tactile pair features rattan pencil reed, wicker, and cream marble construction crafted in a California coastal organic modern style. Each table is comprised of an oval off-white marble top with beautiful natural veining set within a substantial rim of bundled rattan pencil reed in the style of similar pieces by McGuire and Bielecky Brothers. The edges, legs, and cross-stretcher base are all meticulously hand-wrapped in fine reed lashing arranged in a criss-crossing pattern, creating a basket-woven texture in a natural faded bleached straw tone. The tables are supported by four bundled reed legs joined by a low X-stretcher. The tables are sturdy with solid joinery and construction with a desirable weathered patina. The pair is crafted in a blend of tropical Palm Beach, California Coastal, and Organic Modern styles, suitable for use indoors or outdoors in a sunroom, garden, patio, living room, or poolside.
