This one is not meant for food storage as printed on bottom of pot as it is for decorative purposes only. The ceremonial vases are family heirlooms are passed down from generation to generation. They are also referred to as temple jars. Housing dried floral arragements, tea, coffee and hebrs to represent fertility, happiness or imperial power for the generatonal heirloom. It is 16.5" high and 12.75" wide and deep. It is from the 1960's. I found this at a ceremonial robes antique store in downtown Portland, OR. It should be noted this is sold as 2 pieces, being the jar and lid. See less
