The figure appears casually dressed, positioned against a library's interior traditionally regarded as a sacred space of knowledge. On closer observation, the books lining the shelves reveal unexpected titles. Rather than canonical texts, they reflect the subject’s inner landscape and his specific intellectual and emotional needs. The work questions inherited hierarchies of learning and proposes education as a personal, evolving process, prompting us to ask what is truly worth learning, and how learning might better adapt to the individual needs of the learner.
