A vintage cast iron butterfly table lamp featuring an openwork design that transforms light into part of the piece itself. When illuminated, the pierced wings cast intricate patterns of light and shadow across nearby walls and surfaces, giving the lamp a striking presence even in a dimly lit room.
Originally made as a candleholder, this piece has been thoughtfully converted to electric lighting using modern components while preserving the original cast iron butterfly. The detailed casting displays beautifully from every angle, whether used as an accent lamp or displayed unlit.
