Art Deco faience pitcher made in Saint-Amand-les-Eaux, France. White ground with rust-orange pinstripes and teal-green geometric medallions with pendant diamonds, in a vertical repeating band pattern. Solid terracotta glaze on the rim and spout; handle left plain cream.
Underside has a printed factory backstamp — a shield crest with "...oise," "St Amand," and "En France," plus an impressed shape/pattern number. This is consistent with marks used by faience manufacturers in Saint-Amand-les-Eaux, the same town as the better-known Orchies/Moulin des Loups potteries, which produced similar Art Deco patterns in this period.
