An exceptional example of John Widdicomb's renowned craftsmanship, this elegant mahogany partner's desk embodies the refined sophistication of traditional English Regency and Federal-inspired design. Featuring a richly figured mahogany case, hand-applied brass hardware, and a handsome black leather writing surface accented with gilt tooling, this desk offers both timeless style and practical functionality.
The desk is fitted with six drawers, including a central locking drawer (the key is not present), providing ample storage for office essentials while maintaining a graceful, balanced silhouette. Rare pull-out writing slides on both ends extend the workspace and highlight the desk's thoughtful design and versatility. Tapered legs terminating in brass-capped feet further enhance its stately appearance.
