Wonderful modern 84" Baker sofa is for sale because its owner is downsizing to a 615 sq ft independent living unit that calls for a 70 foot sofa! I bought it in 2019. Small coffee stain on right. Seller has matching Baker fabric for repair.
It is tremendously comfortable, in great condition, certainly worth recovering. AND , bought enough of the Baker fabric to recover the entire sofa, so that is an option if you like the fabric. The fabric is soft and easy to clean. I had the upholstery cleaned 2 months ago, but there are two places where there is a shadow of a coffee stain . ( I included photos of the places in my photo).
I want to sell it quickly so I can order a smaller sofa for my new independent living home.

However, there are shadows of coffee stain in two places, and I include photos of the shadows. I also have a roll of the Baker fabric which Barbara Barry used to upholster the sofa originally, It is the identical fabric that is shown in the photos but obviously it has no shadows of a stain. I intended to keep this sofa for my lifetime, which is why I even bought enough Baker fabric to recover it if need be. Unfortunately, this lovely sofa is now too wide for my new living room at independent living. This will be a great investment for some lucky buyer. less
