The design is striking in its classic simplicity, not overly fussy. A deep, saturated cobalt blue is cased over clear crystal, with the transition point carved into sunburst cuts that radiate down the bowl. The tall, elegantly tapered stems and starburst-cut bases complete the silhouette — equally stunning lined up on a shelf as they are raised in a toast. We used them primarily for display. Work well for wine or champagne.

Produced by Ajka Crystal in Hungary, one of Central Europe's most storied glassmakers, each piece in this set is individually mouth-blown and hand-cut by master craftsmen from 24% lead crystal.
