The stark, mechanical lines of four tapered black legs, seemingly piercing the floor, meet the texture of a Formica top with a wood-like grain. A gold edge further accentuates its thickness.

Without any embellishment, the tension between the industrial rigor of the base and the brilliance of the edge is key to making this piece stand out through its sheer geometry.

The table is in good condition with some signs of wear (see photos) that do not detract from its striking design.
