Elegant antique gilt mirror with richly carved scrolling acanthus ornament, likely American or European, circa 1890–1910. This style reflects late Victorian to early Edwardian taste, when ornate gold frames were favored for parlors and formal interiors, often crafted from gesso over wood and finished in warm gold leaf or gilt wash. The deep relief carving and layered molding convey craftsmanship typical of the period, offering timeless appeal in traditional, French country, and modern classic interiors.
Measures 30.5" x 25.5" x 1.75". Ready to hang with original backing intact.
