Antique sideboard / credenza with mirrored top, 2 doors, and rounded display doors on the sides featuring leaded faceted glass; each with 1 shelf inside. A beautiful piece of furniture made of solid oak from the gründerzeit period, circa 1890, in its original condition!
the locks are old bolt locks with iron rails. The mirrored top still features original, antique silver-plated faceted mirrors.
dimensions are:
l 133 x d 56 x h 172 cm
height of the sideboard without the top: 103 cm
width at the center, excluding the side display sections: 80 cm
condition:
the sideboard is in its original condition and still in nearly very good shape. A few rusty nails on the inside of the bottom have been replaced with new small screws all faceted glass panes are still intact, meaning they have no cracks. The left mirror in the top section has a small blind spot in the lower left corner, but it is barely noticeable and is normal for old silver-plated mirrors. Inside the left drawer, there is an elongated stain, but it is not particularly disturbing. All in all, this is a beautiful piece of furniture that is still fully ready for use and will certainly last another 300 years.
