Details: Professionally restored! Drexel’s “Declaration” line, by MacDougall & Stewart, was among the first largely produced MCM lines produced in America. It achieved mainstream success partially due to the high quality walnut veneers used — and certain pieces had Shaker influences, showing that the American market was still looking for transitional pieces.
Verified through primary source documents, vintage catalogs, and measurements. This piece is unmarked.
