The composition is densely filled with palmettes, rosettes, and scrolling vine motifs arranged in a continuous pattern without a central medallion. The border system consists of a main floral vine border flanked by narrower guard borders, maintaining balance with the intricate field. The palette includes navy, red, ivory, and muted green tones.
