In the first painting, five putti are depicted in the foreground in front of a curtain, frightened by the capture of a lizard held by one of them; in the other, a group of six putti, partially covered by red drapes, are gathered around two of them exchanging coins. In both, a woodland landscape appears in the background. The two antique panels with putti are presented in modern gilded frames in good condition, with a few small wormholes (they have been disinfected) and a substantial varnish finish. They were created in Italy in the mid-19th century. See less
