We modified it to have a sink and faucet to make it a bar feature. It used to house a TV but we converted it to be used as a bar statement piece. It comes apart into 3 separate pieces for moving purposes, but it looks like one unit. There are no imperfections, broken pieces, or signs of wear. It is in GREAT condition. less
