This vintage 5x13 Persian Kilim is handwoven in wool, and originates circa 1950-1960. Connoisseurs may also note that Rug & Kilim believes this to be a Northwest design, and appreciate the culture therein as much as its beauty.
Further on the Design:
The design enjoys wide geometric patterns in a range of rich and vibrant colors with a gorgeous sense of movement.
Keen eyes will further admire most atypical fuchsia accents in the prevailing red, beige, and orange hues that pop over the rich black undertone.
This is a gorgeous piece with meticulous detail, and its gallery runner size hosts vast applications today.
Further on the Condition:
This mid-century Northwest Persian flat weave further enjoys good condition for its age and origin.
