This elegant ikebana vase from the 1970s was crafted by Japanese ceramic artist Kato Takashi of the renowned Hyakume-gama kiln in Seto.
Dimensions: 22 cm (height) × 10 cm (diameter).
The vase's slender cylindrical form and deep olive-green glaze exude timeless sophistication. Its distinctive design features subtle fluted grooves that spiral crosswise across the surface, creating a captivating play of light and shadow.
