Large quadrangular vase in transparent blown glass covered with a ruby red filigree.
Vase signed at the tip below Barovier & Toso Murano
Barovier is the oldest glassworks in Murano, created in 1295.
Over the centuries, different members of the family have developed techniques that elevate glasswork to the level of art and luxury.
In 1936, the Barovier family joined forces with the Toso family, also Venetian glassmakers.
