Each torchère is modeled as a beautifully detailed winged cherub or putto, dynamically posed while supporting an elaborate thirteen-light candelabrum overhead. The multi-tiered scrolling arms terminate in candle-form lights, creating a dramatic architectural silhouette.

The figures rise from substantial, highly ornamented pedestal bases embellished with classical relief decoration, floral garlands, scrolling motifs, and gilt or gold-highlighted accents. The dark bronze-toned/patinated metal finish contrasts beautifully with the warmer gold detailing, emphasizing the modeling and decorative elements.

At more than 7½ feet tall, these torchières have exceptional presence and are conceived as true statement pieces rather than conventional floor lamps.
