Set of 2 antique Fischer & Mieg of Pirkenhammer Bohemian ( previously Austria, later Czechoslovakia) porcelain dessert plates. Each of these plates are hand painted with different floral motif, butterflies and insects. The color is vivid. The plate was pierced and embossed with gold trim. Green underglaze mark and number on the bottom. This mark was used from 1873-1918, which reveals the intricate quality of it as it was produced during the height of the Bohemian Art Nouveau period. It is in excellent antique condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or gold missing. Please see the pictures as they are part of my description.
It measures approximately 8 1/2” in diameter.
