The name Northern Light comes from the glazing, when the lights hit the glossy glaze the reflections make stripes which refers to the northern light. There is a wheel (or the sun?) depicted on two sides of the vase. Marked with "Søholm Stentöj, Denmark, 3315" under the vase. See less
